The Challenge
A long-tenured leadership team operating in functional silos, limiting collaboration, alignment, and collective ownership. This was further compounded by the need to align with a new CHRO’s vision of repositioning HR as a strategic, value-adding business partner, moving beyond traditional operational delivery to enabling business impact through people and leadership effectiveness.
The Approach
Facilitated an Insights Discovery team intervention to help a long-tenured HR team strengthen collaboration and break internal silos. The session focused on improving self-awareness, communication, and trust across the leadership team.
