Framework: Based on positive psychology, Clifton Strengths identifies 34 distinct strengths or “themes.” The assessment reveals a person’s top five strengths (or all 34 in order) in order of dominance to help them focus on what they naturally do best.
Widely Used In: Personal development, coaching, career planning, and organizational development with a focus on individual strengths and employee engagement.
Method: The assessment consists of 177 paired statements where individuals choose which one best describes them.
Outcome: A report that highlights the individual’s top strengths, providing personalized insights into how these can be used to achieve success. The report encourages individuals to focus on building on their natural talents rather than trying to fix weaknesses. The report focuses on individual strengths.

Framework: Based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, Insights Discovery categorizes people into four main color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue. Each color represents different behavioral preferences and ways of interacting with others.
Method: The assessment involves a series of questions that assess a person’s preferences and behaviors. The results categorize them into one or more of the four color energies. Outcome: A detailed profile is created, often with a focus on one dominant color but also highlighting secondary and tertiary colors. The profile includes insights into communication style, decision-making, and communication.
Team and Interpersonal Dynamics: Often used in teambuilding sessions and leadership training to improve understanding and communication among team members.
